El año 2011 ha sido un año de duro trabajo para todos los miembros de ALIANZ CANINE WORLDWIDE.
Un año 2011 lleno de satisfacciones, por haber superado los objetivos que nos propusimos y comenzar entre todos nuevas e importantes iniciativas.
ALIANZ ya esta teniendo presencia en los 5 continentes y demostrando que existe una verdadera union Cinológica mundial.
La buena organización de congresos, asambleas y cumbres internacionales Alianz, en diferentes países, con la magnifica ayuda de organizaciones pertenecientes a la Federación Internacional ALIANZ CANINE WORLDWIDE, han dado como resultado el acercamiento y estrechamiento de las buenas relaciones de todos los miembros ALIANZ.
Creo y siento, que el defender con honestidad y honradez unos ideales sencillos y sinceros, hacia el mundo de la cinofilia, en ocasiones el sabor que deja es amargo.
Tengo muy claro que tras 15 años de lucha, en los que mi trabajo se a realizado desde diferentes frentes, no es el momento de dar satisfacción a esos que sin personalidad y que guiados por la ambición, el odio a su fracaso y la envidia, intentan sabotear el trabajo de los que luchamos con fuerza y pasión por nuestros ideales.No queremos monopolios, queremos y apoyamos el respeto en la cinologia.
Es un momento muy grande e importante, para todos los que somos ALIANZ, los que desde hace años y desde diferentes rincones del mundo supimos que unidos formaríamos un equipo que impulsaría la cinofilia independiente en todo el mundo.
Somos muchos, somos grandes cinofilos, somos un buen equipo.
Somos ALIANZ CANINE WORLDWIDE.
Mi plena confianza esta en vuestro gran trabajo, somos un equipo, gracias a todos los que con vuestro apoyo habéis conseguido cambiar la historia de la cinologia en todo el mundo.
ALIANZ CANINE WORLDWIDE tiene su propia imagen y personalidad, no copiamos a nadie pues somos la union de la verdadera cinologia independiente en el mundo.

13.11.2011 in Kiev – Ukraine – was held a conference of all cynological organizations in Ukraine, members of Alianz Canine International”. During the conference a new union was announced between the 3 biggest organizations, thus creating the All-Ukrainian Cynologic Union (made between the Ukraininan Cynlogical Federation, Cynology Alliance of Ukraine and Ukrainian Canine Sports Federation. The Board of directors of it consisits of Byelkin L., Savchenko A. and Binkovskiy K.
Since 13.11.2011 all contracts with Ukrainian organizations are considered finished. The only valid contract (and presentative of Ukraine in ACW) is of the new union.
На 13.11.2011 г. в гр. Киев се състоя конференция на всички украински организации, членове на Alianz Canine Worldwide. След проведена дискусия се стигна до споразумение основните организации да се обединят, с което бе поставено началото на Всеукраинското Кинологическо обединение (съставено от Украинската Федерация по Кинология, Украинската Федерация по Спорт с кучета и Украинския Киноложки Алианс) управителният съвет на която се състои от председателите на трите най-големи украински кинологически организации – Леонид Белкин, Александър Савченко и Константин Бинковский.
Считано от 13.11.2011 г. договорите на всички украински организации с Алианса се прекратяват; валиден е единствено сключеният на тази дата договор с новото обединение.
13 ноября 2011 г. в г.Киев – Украина – состоялась конференция всех украинских кинологических организации в составе Всемирного Кинологического Альянса Alianz Canine Worldwide. На конференции было объявлено объединение основных организации Украины в один общий кинологический союз Всеукраинское Кинологическое Объединение (Всеукраинское общественное объединение Украинской Кинологической Федерации, Кинологического Алянса Украины и Украинской федерации спорта с собаками), совет директоров которого состоится из председателей организаций, входящих в суставе объединения – Белкин Л., Савченко А., Бинковский К.
Считая с 13 ноября договоры украинских кинологических организаций считаются прекращенными; с этого дня заключен договор с новым объединением.
13.11.2011 en Kiev-Ucrania: se celebró una Conferencia de todas las organizaciones cinológicas en Ucrania, miembros de la Alianz Canina Internacional. Durante la Conferencia se anunció una nueva Unión entre las 3 organizaciones más grandes, creando así la Unión de Cynologic de todos los ucranianos (realizados entre la Federación de Cynlogical de Ukraininan, Alianza Cynology de Ucrania y Federación de deportes caninos de Ucrania). La Junta de directoresfue compuesta por Byelkin L., Savchenko A. and Binkovskiy K.
Desde el 13.11.2011 todos los contratos con organizaciones ucranianas se constituyen finalizados. El contrato sólo será válido para la nueva Unión.
